• All operators must be a minimum of 19 years of age
• All operators must have a valid Driver's License
• All operators of our equipment must sign our waiver of liability and rental contract.
• The Lessee is responsible for any and all damages including but not limited to theft, collision, and vandalism. Insurance or collision and theft is not available
